If you reside in a high rise or an apartment complex there are some key factors which will make the process run more efficiently:
- Have your building engineers contact info or their availability to grant us access to the roof to service your air conditioner.
- Your A/C unit may not be marked with your unit #.
- Contact your property management for a roof top layout diagram from your unit’s air conditioner ahead of time.
- A parking fee will be added to your bill if parking is not available, remember folks we have big service vans!
- Building A/C clean and check pricing is higher do to the fact that the time to perform your A/C tune-up is greater.
