(An ad I saw in today’s Chicago Sun Times had the fine print saying that the only way they will meet or beat the price of their competitors is that the estimate has to be from a company that owns a shop and not work from their homes.  Is a hvac company only legit if they have a building or a shop? If a hvac contractor works from home that said company is not legit?)

Beware of the fine print it may fool you.
