BACK TO SCHOOL SPECIALS

Back to school, whether you’re a parent getting ready to send your children back to school,  or college student renting an apartment /condo,  we have great furnace and boiler specials through August and September 2013.

We know as a parent, with last minute back to school supply shopping, getting the yearly school physicals, and making plans for the baby sitters and nannies can be difficult and time consuming. That’s why having a heating and air conditioning person or crew in your home interferes with your schedule.

We here at Around the Town Heating and Cooling know this, that’s why we have extended hours and weekends available for your Heating and air conditioning  projects such as; getting a new high efficient furnace or new boiler installed. Or having your furnace and boiler tuned up or maintained. If your central air conditioning system had a hard time keeping up during these past hot spells then a new upgraded a/c may be required. We have central a/c specials as well.

Heating and air conditioning maintenance checks are a good source of security knowing that your furnace system will be safe and functional through the winter. The old adage an “ounce of prevention is worth a pound or cure” Ben Franklin probably never would have guess his statement would mean so much a few hundred years later. However this is the case and applies to your heating and air conditioning as well as pretty much anything else you can think of.

Furnace maintenance checks or furnace tune ups consists of cleaning the furnace. Checking the safety controls. Inspecting the heat exchanger for cracks, this can lead up to a possibility of carbon monoxide spillage. Checking all motors. Other inspections include igniter and flame sensor control operations.
